Additional Information: bought an azure pay as you go panel yesterday, before buying i asked seller if im able to make a 32vcpu instance on it, he said yes, panel that was delivered has no such vcpu quota, he tried to brush it off by sending some rdp, i paid for a panel so i said no thanks, if he cant deliver what i paid for he can refund, making this report so he stops playing around

I was actively communicating with the client and had informed him that I was working to resolve the issue. If the problem could not be rectified, I assured him that a refund would be issued.

Unfortunately, I received a scam report shortly thereafter. It is important for individuals to allow a reasonable amount of time for issues to be addressed before jumping to conclusions.

In our previous transactions, we have successfully completed many deals without any issues. I did not expect this level of behavior in this instance.

i specifically told you to not make / send any rdp, you ignored that and sent one anyway and were like: "You wanted it and i created", no i didnt, i explicitly told you not to do that, i paid for a panel, this is why i made a report, next time think twice before pulling such tomfoolery, i wasnt gonna give you time to try to fuck me over some other way, you are not a victim, your chatgpt generated response is not gaining you any sentiment
