So ill try to explain it. If i have for example "15% off" for any of my services posted and someone buy my services without asking for discount, is it my fault and am i scamming that person? 

Also. If i sell a checker (like the one i have exactly on my signature) and someone buy it THINKING its a full proxyless checker (when theres not a single word about it being full proxyless) like most of the microsoft direct login checkers then the buyer find out it needs proxies, am i scamming that person?

I hope everyone can help with their thoughts about it in both cases, thx.

Not scamming, but it's good to include an alert if you know customers will mistakenly purchase thinking its proxyless!

Avoid "evil marketing" strategies.

It's just like selling a method to make 100k/year but in reality it's simply land a job at Google, you never said the method was easy, and in the end the method is true lol

The customer assumed something you didnt even advertise or fake advertised. I dont see how is this any of the owner/service provider fault. though someone also bought proxies from me today and he missed 10% discount on the proxiies, so i told him if he wants i can refund him the discounted price in ltc or if he renews the proxies, then i will reduce the amount with pending discounts

I think maybe you should give back 15% if product bought within discount period, and ppl should ask if proxyless before buying.
