Macbook is good for coding and video editing and better OS. But more softwares are available on windows.

i have macbook for over 4y, as i can say yeah its a better OS than windows but obviously is not for gaming
i use macbook cuz i dont play any games anymore and if i play smth i will play on geforce now or ps4
so yeah if u want to play u better pick windows cuz u are free to choose what components u want to have
if u want to video edit, to code, to work on it better choose macbook
