Supreme award Request Bug ?

hello , i just upgraded a Member and when i tried to request the award for upgrading a member i couldn't
 
don't know why , this is the first time seeing this after being a member for more than a year..
was aiming to be the One who Helped upgrading the most Number of Members on C.to that didn't had Crypto 
Especially that my Service isn't really profitable
