I feel like this would've been mentioned before but I'm not 100% sure since nothing has ever been done about it

People who have scammed should get their marketplace threads automatically moved to https://cracked.sh/Forum-Marketplace-Archive to prevent more people from getting scammed
there's no downside to implementing this system as it prevents scams and cleans up the threads (because people aren't going to buy from banned members anyways)

an example is https://cracked.sh/Yoboi he's banned for scamming
but his sales thread is still on the front page of https://cracked.sh/Forum-Products (the 9th slot)
https://cracked.sh/Thread-Supreme-V2-WIC...PROXIES-IO

so even if he's scammed his service is still getting advertised and he's potentially still scamming others - it's almost like there's no consequence for getting banned if he's still able to advertise

and yes I know it does give a warning before you can even see their ad by saying "This post is by a banned member (Yoboi) - Unhide" but still, why should his thread be public at all if he's using that service to scam? even with the warning some people might be confused and still buy from them then get scammed

for people who are thinking "well at least they can't bump their threads if they get banned"
other people might bump it anyways like this thread - https://cracked.sh/Thread-NETSPEND-HIT-P...-2-RIVE-CC

While i agree with this suggestion;
For those who buy sticky thread, thread styles, maybe the terms of service can be changed for this.
I also think that this process will have a + effect on Cracked.io investment. If the forum has a sticky thread + style thread title and is banned from the forum for fraud, it makes sense to automatically move it to the archive.

Considering the exceptions: If a banned user could not be active due to workload and could not spare time for the forum, the archived thread can be reinstated if user (who banned) solves the dwc problem opened on behalf within 1 week (or a period to be determined by the administrators).

yeah it'd just get reinstated if unbanned then they might get their style + sticky time back depending on staff's choice
I honestly don't see any downsides to implementing something like this, there are only positives to it
