We have a detailed dispute policy you can look into when attempting to appeal or dispute a negative review posted on your storefront: https://support.sellpass.io/en/articles/...ute-policy. We limit these requests to businesses on our premium plans (which is the same across all other digital e-commerce platforms) as appeals are independently reviewed by a member of our risk operations team which renders a neutral and impartial decision.

As noted in our support docs, you can contact our risk operations team directly by emailing team@sellpass.io and not via live chat. We've been building an internal filter to block 3rd party links and advertisements posted on reviews - this is expected to launch with our version three platform.

@GRIMMYSHOP feel free to message me on this forum (or email us with the contact above) the invoice IDs connected to those reviews and we'll take a closer look into these fraudulent reviews.
