Personally i prefer VMWare. For those few times that I used virtualbox it almost always gave me a problem.

It comes down to your comp specs, mine used to be low, then the choice was virtualbox, but now i have a medium end deskop and can smoothly run vmware.

Virtualbox always had some problems with my stuff so VMware is my favorite software because I never had issues with it
