Supreme User item doesn't show next to username

Hi, 
So this has been going on for a while now, I bought the Israeli flag User Item. 

Pressed set, and I'm greeted with a broken image... 
Browsers tried : 
Edge
Chrome
Mozilla

Tried on my android device, to no avail. 

Here are some screenshots showing the issue : 

Image 1 - note there is no UI next to the name 
Image 2 - Taken from an android device 
Image 3 -  No User Item next to the name in chat 

To clarify the User Item has been "set", so I don't think I missed anything there.
