thats only on your side, imgur blocks some datacenters proxy

only because of ur proxies / tor 

Load with vpn / real ips,and you'll see them

Loads for everyone, some vpn's/proxies are blocked by imgur, hence some attachments get like this on your side. 

If you want an alternative you can use ibb.co for pictures (idk if it works for gifs.)
