Hey,

I'm looking to try my first refund through Amazon for an iPhone 11, 64 gb. 

I got few questions so far:

1. I heard about the empty box method - in my case, the package is only 0.5 KG's, would it actually work?
   
2. Does the Amazon Support asks for certain photos? Should i give them if so?
   

It's also been 2 days since the package was delivered to me.

Would highly appreciate who can answer those questions, really looking to avoid big fees by doing it by my hand.
