Hello, Recently I had a thread of being scammed of 50$

The guy who scammed me after @Liars saw him in 2 disputes he was banned for scamming me and another guy,
Yet after 1-2 days the guy got unbanned without any given reasons to us "The victims"
Messaged the mod for like 1-2 days now they didn't respond to my message,
The weird part is that @Liars had a response on my thread that the user was banned and sorry for your loss then that response was removed from my thread also?
I want to know what is with this whole thing is this some kind of corruption from the highest mods on cracked.io?
