Additional Information:
We made a deal where I would pay $400 for a discord mass dmer & raider. $200 was sent and $200 more would be sent on completion. He says he wants to refund me "but he can't because his ledger is at home". I was supposed to have received the completed program in May it is now July. Tried to make a deal with him where he could give me other sources instead and he hasn't replied.
