Additional Information: 1st he didn't said T.O.S and refunding policy. 
He made for me a sendgrid config for openbullet anomaly mod which got only 300 cpm and with a free config for the same website I get 3k cpm, I'm not happy with him config as customer so I ask for refund bcs I feel scammed.

Was in sb when he said he need to buy config. i went to telegram and pinged him and asked which cfg he need. he said about mailjet  i already made mailjet cfg. Right After That He Asked VC. So i gave him Netflix Ios api config. After that he said to make me sendgrid config.i made it and added capture. soon after sending the cfg he said the cfg has low cpm. also he accused me that i copied someone config and send that to him. i was using vpn so i got access forbidden. so i added that. i thought thats why the cpm is low i delted the keycheck and send it again. But All remains Same. then he wanted me to refund. as for refund i said if the config stops working under 7days i will refund or fix it. But He keep saying this that he isnt satisfied with the cpm (400). also why would i refund if the config is totaly working. The free config and my config both uses same api. The difference is the one dont have capture and i got the capture.

1 - I didn't acused you of copying any config, I said that if I give you the faster config u will copy from it to yours to make it faster so that's not your job, I don't acuse you of copying yet since u didn't.

2 - Both configs have capture, the free one is a simple capture and yours is a little bit more complex, just bcs it gets the package and status, btw you tried without capture and still the slow cpm so don't make ppl think that it must go slow bcs of capture.

3 - In the screenshot you can see that u didn't said that you will only refund if config doesn't work, I'm not satisfied with your service and that's all, if you don't agree then show me your T.O.S. You never told me that I can't ask for refund If I'm not satisfied with the config, just said that I have 7 days refund warranty.

4 - Your config is not what I need, I told you that I need faster cpm and that's all, if you can't do it faster for me then I'm not interested since I work with it.

5 - If you think I'm not right just upload here proofs where u told me the T.O.S or something else, not just words.

2. capture made cpm slow but not that slow i know. also i dont have personal grudgs on you so i will lower the cpm for you even i want to i cant you know. all the coding are vaild. there is no reason to make sense that its my fault that causes low cpm.
3. as for refund. are you being refunder like order a thing receive it and ask for refund. Who literally who will refund if the sold good working well enough. the api is same no cookies.
4. you never said you need 3k cpm. if i had known after testing i could have told you that i cant make it to 3k cpm.
5. if needed i will submit proofs to mods.

1 - There u asked me to send you the config to see what makes it faster (it's obv that you will copy from it if u find something) but didn't acused you of copying it bcs u didn't, u have been not capable of.

2 - You just said that you don't know why you got low cpm so it's your fault, just admited it.

3 - It's a service, if I'm not satisfied I'm able to ask for refund like on every order.

4 - I asked you for cpm and didn't told me, you just said to check myself with my proxies, when I checked I saw the cpm and told you that I need a faster cpm, if you sell something you must test it, not me. I did it bcs I was thinking u're a "Config maker" but u're just a guy with a c.to tutorial.

5 - Submit proofs here, it's needed to show that u are not lying as I did.
