Additional Information: My RDP is fucked I asked them for help (I contacted support). My files that I saved on the rdp dissapeared when i restarted the RDP.
WHEN I MESSAGED THEM THEY SAID "How do you want us to help you with that?" LOL 

I can't solve it myself because I really don't know how windows said that If i try to resingin it will most of the time get solved but it  didn't
