Additional Information: I was charged $200 and the verification on veriff failed (I've censored the veriff links and my username for privacy, @Chernobog the ticket is 0171. The first verification took an insane amount of time, with no updates at all, and after the failure @Chernobog has ghosted me after promising a new verification and not responded to my requests for a response or a refund (He has been helping other customers, new vouches from new customers keep showing up in the vouches channel). At this point I'd like my $200 back.
