Concerning this report, the client comes to me asking if i am available so he can puchase a subscription. After he purchased I sent him the subscription account, then he asked for help. I told him to Install a well known IPTV player called IBO player, which turnes out that all the apps he has on his TV are just
fake apps and none of them was the
Real IBO player ( anyone uses IPTV before knows what is IBO player and How it looks lik ).
So before diving into proofs, we should all know how the real IBO player looks like

I've visted their website an checked as you can see here https://ibb.co/rGp3KYYG and also no place to manage playlists. They only sell IPTV subscription. which is obvious it's a fake app and not the IBO player

- https://ibb.co/xKCgpDgZ : here I tried to explain that there is an issue whit his TV and all the apps are just fake none of them are the real IBO player, and i showed him how the real app looks like and that they have only one official website to upload your IPTV playlist then he said this all the IBO players i found in my app sotre.

- I told the guy that there is an issue whith his TV because all the apps were fake and asked him to try installing the external apk of one of IPTV player apps https://ibb.co/fVLthTLd

Also I can provide subscription login details to any Admin to check if the service is working or not.
=> Nothing bad from my side i gave him what he paid for 1x 1year IPTV subscription and he received it instantly without any delay. the subscription is working without any issue. the problem comes from his side, and he could not find any relaiable IPTV player app. since the Subscription is operating + the expiry date covers 1 year of use. Also I offer free 24h test ( which he could ask for it as many of my previous cutomers did ) because sales are final.
