Additional Information: After 3 days of communicating over and back (between 2 phones) I finally got the account login just tonight.

I changed email and phone number like he directed me to, I questioned him about removing trusted devices, to which he said he wasn't aware of such an option. When I found it I said I would delete them all, he told me dont it all at once or it could trigger security mechanism so I removed only a few of them at this time.

I had someone send me 20 bucks on it, between receiving this and me trying to login to the account, I received an email which said the email on the account was changed again. I was unable to log back in with my own credentials.

I tried to login with the email I received, it said it was changed to and I was able to, when in, I saw that the original phone number and email was changed back to what was on it originally.

I was unable to change any details again, as when I tried, an OTP gets sent to the phone number or email for confirmation of changes.

In the history I could see the 20 bucks I received from my buddy, then right after it came in, it was sent out to a card, so I was unable to refund the 20 to my friend.

All in all, I had access to the account for only a couple of hours before it was reclaimed and the 20 bucks that was sent to me on it taken out.

I am seeking a full refund of the $200 I paid in LTC for the account and also $20 that was taken from the account.

The conversation was very long, it spanned over days, I have saved screenshots of the whole conversation between both phones, including the one of the change of email.

I need to edit some of them of sensitive information. I just want clarification on should I post the whole lot of them here as there is a lot?

Hi @Alex

He had sworn to me he will fix my issue with a new account. He did reach out to me to do so yesterday but I wasn't in a position to gain access at the time. I accepted his offer of a fresh account, I hope also he will reimburse the 20 taken from the account as stipulated.

I did tell him that if it ended up this way again with a fresh account. I would be updating with that information here again, so please keep this open for now until this is sorted. Thank you for taking the time to check in, will keep you updated.
