I don't understand , what do you mean the way you advertised?
Also, he has been given compensation because I did not restock for long, he was given a lot of extra days, all the GEN buyers were, the new restocks are basic, not too good not too bad, I can say that because I took opinions from customers and a scam report agency, they all agreed that is why I am doing these restocks, also in the future there will be way better restocks as I am going to get more suppliers. And in the ToS it says there are no refunds, he should have read the ToS before buying as it says once you purchase something from us, you agree to the ToS.
But in his favor, he has been given extra days in his sub. I hope this clears yours and his concern @ Teken

As I said at the start I don't want your generator because I'm pretty sure it will happen again, I don't want more days to my subscription I want a refund as @ Teken said refund me !
