Edit - The seller got back to me, apparently he was abroad and couldn't reply back to me. he has provided me for the goods and if possible have his account reinstated.

I purchased a virtual credit card from iNegan through his website https://negan.uk. After completing the order, I received an email confirming it was being processed, stating that delivery would occur within 10 minutes to 24 hours.
After waiting about an hour, I messaged him on Telegram to follow up. He told me to check my email, but I had already done so and found nothing. I checked all folders including spam. When I informed him again, he repeated the same instruction to check my email and spam folders.
Since then, he has been coming online and offline without providing the product or any updates. It has been well past the stated delivery window of 24 hours, and I have not received anything.
