At first it looked like a really quick and fast seller that keeps his promises. After all it was a big pain in the ass to deal with.
Wanted to buy United Masters accounts that were "In Stock" after waiting a while it turned out that they weren't "In stock" / "Ready"
After I have gotten some false promises from the seller that he will make the ASAP 
But meanwhile I just wanted a refund, after being annoying the seller agreed to refund and again waited soo long to get a refund.
Yesterday he refund me partial because I "Changed the password" of the account, a account of 1 "Single" uploaded.
Seller said that I didn't "ask" or "request" how many songs should be on the account, this is just another excuse of him...
The account can be logged in with the same password provided from the seller.
I am opening this report only because of the hard dealing with this seller and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to deal with him!
I just also noticed that he deleted my "Ticket" on Discord that I had, Fortunatly for him I already took the screenshot to provide evidence against him.

He got one Account from me with 1 Album 1 Song so i only Refund 20€.

 I sell United Masters Accounts on my server, I didn’t specify how many songs an album contained and the customer didn’t ask for them, if I were a scammer I wouldn’t refund him 110 $ ... I won't refund the rest because he got one Account. (1 Account costs 40€) and btw he paid me only 150€ for 5 Accounts so i made discount for him.

@Teken he still needs to refund me 20-30$ as he says himself
He refunded me in $ not in € ;)
Also a decent seller will sell you a Account that has all the albums "Live" and not "To Edit"
Anyway still expecting the remaining amount.
