Additional Information: I bought RDP from him a while ago and there was non in stock, he offered something in addition to this, i said VBA, he never actually gave me [even tho he said he did] i asked for proof and he said "tickets are confidential" even tho its me and him only in the ticket. So i asked for a RDP now there in stock and all that happened.

So why did you ban me from your server.

As well you claim you sent me the "VBA", however this is false and you never actually sent it, or not that i know of as my ticket was closed.
I don't see the point in why you banned me as i have other products in your server now i am lacking the support for those products.

SInce deal was done over ticket, and you are related to vba etc and have had previous disputes, you have 24 hrs to refund him.

SInce deal was done over ticket, and you are related to vba etc and have had previous disputes, you have 24 hrs to refund him.

He purchased an RDP, meanwhile they were out of stock, I offered to give him a VBA (as if he purchased a VBA, doesn't mean he can get a VBA & RDP) instead because they were out of stock and he accepted it and received the VBA, a few weeks later the RDPs got restocked and he tried social engineering claiming that he purchased an RDP and hasn't gotten it yet meanwhile he got a VBA instead, that's the reason why he got banned off my server because I don't appreciate people who exploit stores.

Regardless if it was done over ticket or I've had previous disputes, It doesn't indicate someone can social engineer/exploit a shop to claim free products...

to top all of it off, No proof has been provided.
