1. The product was fully transferred to the client.
2. I helped him and asked him to wait a little while I fixed WalletConnect and Ankr.

4. I also showed him that my files are working, and explained that he just needs to wait for the fix.
5. I am still ready to provide an updated version when it is ready.

I would like to point out separately: the client was constantly pestering me with spam and behaved badly - he literally filled the forum with his spam, created unnecessary noise and tried to present himself as "clean", although in reality the situation is the opposite. Moreover, his behavior almost brought the situation to a critical point.

Therefore, there will be no refund and this is not logical and is not stated in the topic. I have already offered him his best option, and we are also updating the drainer, which once again confirms my integrity.

Conclusion: I consider a full refund unjustified, since the product was transferred, it works, and the client is receiving help from me.

@honeyman1 refund the user. Do so within 24h. 

If the user can't use the drainer, it's more than fair that he gets a refund of what he paid since it doesn't meet his needs. The drainer was not used correctly nor the user needs it anymore. 
Do not send him an updated version nor a fix. Refund the user.

First of all, I want to point out that I’ve been on the forum for over two years, and everyone who has worked with me has no doubts about my reputation.
Secondly, the client initially received a 50% discount on the product, which was already an exceptional condition. The deal was fair from the start and extremely favorable to the buyer.
 
Third, I fulfilled all of his requests: the product was delivered, instructions and support were provided. The product works. If the client cannot figure out how to use it properly, that is not my fault. I am not obligated to teach someone from scratch how to use these tools.
 
Fourth, there was no agreement on a refund. This is important. It’s a digital product, and everyone understands that such items are non-refundable. He agreed to the terms, received everything that was promised, and only afterward started putting on a circus and insulting people.
 
Unlike him, I offered a reasonable solution — an exchange and an updated version. The client refused. This only shows that his goal is not to solve the problem, but to create a scandal for the sake of it.
 
If the administration is willing to sacrifice honest, trusted sellers for such cheap clients, then honestly we have no business being here. The forum admin knows us, the whole Cracked community knows us, and we are present on 16 other forums.
 
Please read all my messages and proofs carefully instead of skimming and skipping details.
The client is actually using our product, but instead of working he’s putting on a show and demanding a refund. I even offered to send our drainer for verification, proposed an exchange, and asked that he wait for the new release (in the meantime I could have provided another product). The problem is definitely not on our side.
Conclusion: I consider the refund unjustified, since the client received a working product and refused all proposed solutions.
