Additional Information: He had purchased Etsy VM Config and we had a deal for 70$(Negotiated from 100$). After that I had asked him if he had the required tools he didn't reply to that. After that I made him the config and then he says no. We then agreed he will pay the 30$ too and then I will provide him tools. I bought everything. I had received the 70$ on PerfectMoney from him. I sent him everything. After that I asked him to send me in btc as perfect money had option to, I sent him 70$ back and after that he never replied.
Crypto address for a refund: I barely think he will pay.
