Was told this was THE guy to go to for configs. He ended up ripping both my friend and I off for a collective $500. Attaching EXTENSIVE communications here where he clearly takes my money, pretends to have a personal issue, and then never sends the configs (that never existed) that I paid for. He was selling me PayPal config and Robinhood config.
