Additional Information: Since the day 1 proxy failed to work, reported multiple times, and no resolution for it yet. The owner says refreshing for you, making separate and stuff like that but it is just wasting my time. I would like a refund as they don't even have a functioning TOS whatsoever.

I doubt it for now because I see him giving me a different proxy provider's proxies to which I have no access to. 
His proxy is gw.ntnt.io, which is netnut.io's, so I wonder if this is what he calls resolved after charging 150$.

Note: This proxy given by him works, tho.
