Looking at your order id, you purchased through coinbase. You sent the money from your own freewill, you purchased the product on the shop with your own money, knowing what it was.

For the record, Ping support can be u or fatty or any other staff members but it represents the service of ping website and it's clearly stated on the site to contact ping support on discord, telegram and live support on website for support regarding items purcahsed or any other help regarding ping.atshop

The staff aren't aware, it should be up to you to do that research. I will refund you though if you haven't used the codes as I can just restock them. Just for future reference, make sure you research if a product can delivery to your company before purchasing.

Yes, in my mind, even though i mentioned my country a few times already i thought i didnt need to look out for that. I added a $80 shoe on the cart and on checkout i found im like $30 short so i then went to ping and purchased 3 more. It all went well but after checkout, the address part came and that's where i knew that item cant be shipped internationally. @Liars if u again check the time stamp i contacted support again swiftly in like 30mins. The codes are still unused.
