Additional Information: so i bought yearly vps from him, and i told him that i need to host my friends site ( demo sites) to test new shits, he said i can do anything and now this guy just reininstalling his site like literally lost my work 3 times 
i paid for fucking cpanel license and he just uninstall it and installed centos webmin for his site
