You didn't understand. The e-book isn't about the methods, I'm not selling methods to get nitro for free/cheap. What he purchased for the $76 was:

• An e-book that talked about my "journey" on my nitro empire (how I started, grew, and maintained it)
  
• Tips and everything useful I found while at it
  
• My mistakes and how he won't make them
  
• Me as a support agent on his server
  
• Me setting up his server
  
• Me helping him grow and maintain his service
  

Ofc the book included said methods, because they are needed to sell nitro but the product/service I sold is everything but just that

Yeah you are pretty much saying - hey i sold public method but it isnt against rules coz i sold "my exp"
Whatever you are saying  that "me setting his server, me helping him grow etc" isnt worth 76$ hence you need to do a full refund since you havnt done all that.
You have 24 hrs to refund him and its not debatable anymore since everyone will start selling public methods and call it "my exp , my mistakes" etc.
