and the order is still not completed.

Now you’re changing your statement, after opening a dispute against you.

@eif83 report needs to be removed since it’s nothing to do with him.
Reply: @eif83 is the owner of this server (https://ibb.co/xK7554Bn) where all the transactions took place, and he was there the whole time.
So if even one dollar goes missing or isn’t paid, both users @FlowProxy and @eif83 will be equally responsible.

In the video, there is clear evidence of you initiating the offer to send the most recent payment and agreeing to do so within 20 minutes.
You were the one who proposed this arrangement, and the other party accepted it. After agreeing, you stated you would send the funds but then stopped responding.
You are required to pay the amount you offered. The minimum withdrawal agreement does not apply here, as all parties involved mutually agreed to set it aside for this situation.
