What exactly do i refund here? There have been no transactions. The customer hasn't paid anything.
Customer did the order himself and fucked it up.
We never even had the chance to fix anything aswell the customer just opened a scam report after he himself failed the order.
Also if he gets a second phone delivered to him why cant he just return that and he doesn't get any fees anymore?
