Looking at other SEs, the oneplus phone SE seems a bit risky to me. someone is doing this. If I buy it, will I have a legal problem?

i did a oneplus nord refund !! NOT SE
i bought the phone on amazon and he refunded to me. i think its alot better than SE this expensive stuff like a phone . + most companies want you to send them the phone if its broke so they send / repair ofc u can use these empty box etc methods but i just recommend refund at this point since its too much risk with effort
