EDIT: NVM I FOUND OUT I WAS DUMB 
Solution: I had those sticky keys enabled by pressing the "Shift" key 69 times
You can fix this by going to
Click on Start – Control Panel – Ease of Access – Change how your keyboard works
Make sure Turn on Filter Keys is not selected
I am typing sadnigga
i m getting sadniga
that other "g" is skipped = skiped
after 2 sec i am able to type the second same word
