I hate it bear bad news.
The Bloomberg article gives you insight in money-flow. Politcs show a different picture but private investment goes clearly to the US. 1/3 of the global investment goes toward the US. The debt situation of the US seems all forgotten. Or in the end its just a number. https://archive.is/zg0XG
