Supreme Need help in Decompiling/Decoding a C# psn checker | Have a great deal..

hi peeps devil here i just got a non-seenium PSN checker with decent cpm but it has a licensing system ..
SO from here the reverse engineering journey began ..  The checker is a C# gui application.. and it comes with a dll file which contains license.

1- I first tried exeinfope and it gave me this result - *** Unknown EXE  - 100% packed/protected , maybe C++ Visual Studio 201x
2- then i tried de4dot but it also failes in unpacking it and bypassing the obfuscation..

looking for help Please help me by telling other softwares to decompile the exe or u can  decompile it for me..

Use dnspy to know about the packer/protector. Then try some tools & if everything fails then use https://github.com/0xd4d/dnlib
