Supreme Need Help Finding a Specific Movie, | I get its flash but can't remember it. [Help]

  Hello, Thanks for stopping by.

  My uncle used to watch movie, & i watched a couple with him.

  There is one in paritcular that i want to remember but i am not able to.
  I get its flashbacks but not the name i search for it. but i did not find it.

  A Lil About the Movie:

 -- It should be from 2000 - 2006 or somthing

 The movie was about some bad people breaking into jail (or some secured building) they are extracting someone or something from there.
 There are other prisoners too. When the bad guys attack the prison, the kill the first commander of the jail, and the second one, then uses the other prisoners to fight the bad guys.
 The second good guy,  hand over guns to the prisoner from the jail armoury.

  Now there are specifics that i remeber:

  1. The bad guy have come in helicopter and idk how but someone it has crashed so at one point the, good guy (prisoners) are using it mini gun to fight the bad guys.

 2.  there is this thin black prisoner, who always takling about using an rpg. and at one point they let him fire it on a door. so when he fires it, the rpg kicks him backword.
