Selling 2FA locked accounts. Can't use the points to make a booking nor can they be transferred to another account.

The seller keeps advising other vendors to use their services to resolve the issues which cannot be resolved.

Even refused to refund. Scumbag!

The first part of the tutorial says to change the email and phone number.

When I logged in and tried doing that, it wasn't possible.

I asked the seller and he said that Hilton recently made an update after which it isn't possible.

Coming to the second and the last part of tutorial, it says transfer the points to your own account.

But the accounts are locked with 2FA and cannot be transferred out.
