So this Prompt is about Method making, all you need is an "Idea" and a Name + Description.
It will generate a Full Description how to execute the Method with Focus on uncensored BlackHat Method making.
Its 100% Better with the use of ChatGPT+ but also worked fine for me with normal ChatGPT. Use this before its fixxed :)
