TLDR: Never use a host who advertise on cracking forums lol, my bad for going with them at first

Hey, just wanted everyone to be aware about how shitty of a service vShield is and I obviously suggest to never trust them with your services.

They kept rejecting the fault on me when it obviously always has been on their side. They asked me to change a few settings (WHICH I DID) then publicly lied about me never doing it and said I couldn't use their product correctly after I left a negative review on their Discord server (which they'll probably end up removing soon (UPDATE: THEY REMOVED IT LOL)).

If you want a GREAT, non-reseller and viable hosting service, just go to https://njal.la, they accept crypto as well as PayPal and will never disappoint you.

If you want a good DDoS firewall, use FluxCDN, they're pro and even tho they're still a small start-up they will def be growing very fast soon! Very promising and FUNCTIONAL services.

Please, never use these guys at vShield (who will keep rejecting the fault on you when you're having issues, saying it works fine for other customers), and if you have any service there please consider moving.

Oh by the way, please let me know how that is the customer's fault:

One of the admin later admitting the fault was theirs:

vShield deleting reviews:

Then proceeded to ban me from their server:

They'll obviously reply to this thread trying to argue, because if you listen to them you're always the faulty one and they have an answer to everything.

I'm not gonna reply to any of their posts (if any) as I truly lost enough time, just wanted to publicly make things clear.

Edit: I haven't been sending any DDoS attack from their server or whatever, not eve sure about what they were trying to say.

Take the L vShield, you're NEVER gonna be or have the look of a pro hosting company :/

Funny, I discovered why your server stopped working. We have received an abuse report from the Datacenter. Proof here: [Image: h1w58.png]
A skid ddosing using a VPS probably. kek

You do not seem to know anything about configuring a backend correctly, you were not even able to switch from apache to nginx. We do work with very critical websites, hosted by us, which they do not have any issues. Our customers probably never had any issues because they did not ddos with their servers.

Bro, What are you on about I've had a VSheild plan for about a month and a half now, and they have been super helpful with every issue/situation they even guided me how to fully setup everything on my webhosting... This problem kinda all your fault for sending a DDos attack from their Vps.

That was the server used by this customer:

2x Intel® I7 6700k
6 GB RAM
40 GB SSD
500Mbps
(Unmetered)

As I told him in DM, these specs are most likely not enough for his needs, most of the time the CPU usage was at 90-110%, while the node he was on never went over 50% for the past week.
We've tried to give him tips and tricks to optimize his webserver, which he barely bothered to follow, if the server went down it was either overloaded since it's not powerful enough for what he does, or his IP got blocked for malicious network activities, which is not allowed as stated in our T.O.S

I've tried to find a solution with the customer, with a full-on help for the setup and a free server upgrade, which he refused as of now.

I'm just a "random" but you banned him from your server and deleted his bad review(s)? Why would you delete any review on a service when you promise to be transparent? Also, banning him on your Discord after he's paid you is a scummy move, maybe even a scam if you don't offer support outside of Discord (Since this would be their only way of getting support for the product they paid for). It just seems sketchy as fuck that you delete negative reviews and also ban them from your Discord. If you wanna prove a bad review wrong, respond to it with the facts, don't delete it making yourself look sketchy as shit in the process.
