I've been using micro task sites paying people like 5-10 cents to sign up for something and I make 1-5$ per sign up....buttt rapidworkers changed their policy on CPA and now I need a new site to do this on, also ideally I'll be generating lots of USA sign ups :D. Anyone know one???
