I was talking with a few buddies from a past job I had (sales ew). One of them mentioned that he heard of someone using a “device” that sent out a push notification to smartphones within a 200 yard radius (fucking massive).

This of course would be highly illegal due to an invasion of privacy and all that but I was just curious to see if anyone knew anything about it.
