So I made a $60 order in 2 parts on amazon and decided that I’d say that one of the items wasn’t in the package, for context it’s like 6 items in 1 package, all clothes, and I just picked the 2 most expensive ones
Anyway amazon emailed me saying that they are investigating it because the package arrived correctly and had the correct weight
Y’all got any suggestions on what to do from here? I don’t wanna fail it and lose my account or some shit lmao and the total of the 2 items is like $20

I said that things are missing so there isn't really anything I can return here, and its such a small purchase that ftid doesn't make sense

myen, it's not that hard to bullshit them. Getting the return label is automated, and if u need to explain urself, just tell the live chat agent that you contacted the delivery company and they admitted they made a mistake and brought you back your items
