Additional Information: Story is this, found him on Telegram, he is selling PayPal configs so I decided to buy it: Imgur: The magic of the Internet and after buying I realized the configs we're public, there we're some methods inside too that literally date back to 2021: Imgur: The magic of the Internet so I just told him that he is just selling bullshit and some public ass configs that all he does is puts his name onto it, he somehow magically made a new config within 10 minutes of reply which also was extremely shit and had a public API that everyone knows about. I would appreciate a full refund a lot but even a 30$ one is good which he promised to do but still hasn't send, so I decided to make a report on here. All pictures above show the conversation of what happened.
