Screenshots of Communication: Too many to post, also includes private/sensitive info of the person being DOXed, so I can send to staff if needed (will post this one though:)


Additional Information: User was looking for someone to get a full DOX on a person for $200. I contacted him and did the work to give him a FULL dox on the guy. Once he said it was enough info, he says he will pay me IF/WHEN he wins the dispute on paypal that this user has with him. I explained to him that this is not how that works, considering that if you were to get a lawyer, for example, you pay for the service. You don't pay your lawyer IF you win the case. You pay him for his time and service. Considering he asked on shoutbox if someone can get this guy doxed for $200, I went ahead and did the job as advertised. Now he's pulling out and saying he'll pay me when he wins the dispute (which is not a guarantee of course), and also the dispute is in the "unauthorized" dispute format, which takes minimum 30 days. I'm not about to wait that long for payment of the service.

EDIT: Also, what happens in the case he DOESN'T win the dispute? I don't get paid? Gunny is online btw and not replying to this thread

He will get the money once dispute is won, he new the terms and he still did the job so

Again, you're wrong. I started telling you to send me the $200, to which you refused. I told you to send $200 to an MM while we wait for your dispute and you also refused. Only then you said "YOU WILL GET MONEY, DON'T WORRY." There is NO condition attached to that statement and you know it.

You advertised on shoutbox that you were paying $200 for a DOX. I did the service and gave you the DOX. I require my payment now upon completion of the service. Even if you LOSE the dispute, I still performed the service which had garnered my attention with "$200; I just need a dox only" -- Also, for the record, IF/WHEN you LOSE the dispute, you STILL have the DOX in your possession. Which means I did the work and completed the service and you can do what you wish with the DOX info, and all the while, I don't get paid a cent for the service I gave you?



EDIT: Another fact to point out is you gave me a "TOS" for the service, to which I never agreed, and frankly, part of the Help Docs says the following:
