Giveaways are filled with fresh accounts that are most likely created by one user to maximize their chances of winning the giveaway. Adding limitations for accounts that can participate in the giveaway can help prevent this.
The limitations can be related to :current reputation, number of threads(preferably), or a minimum registration date should be required .
