I believe they do, but I don't understand a thing of how to work with api's

In your case what you need to do is connect here:

https://shoppy.gg/api/v1/products/{product?}

and add a header containing you auth key like this:

Authorization: your_key

you will get a json response and look for parameter stock and display it's value on your website
