Today I present to you a rather old method that nobody necessarily thinks !
First of all seek an product on Internet (better to attack the private individual) for example on ebay you will find your product, we will take for example a Gaming PC new! /! look well if it accepts payment by paypal /! if it is accepted on paypal put an address "Fake" (take on the Internet) then you tell the seller to send it to your real address.
Small summary: The you paid your object the address on the paypal is for example 1 rue des pot de fleurs 75000 Paris and you live has 9 rue des pot de fleurs 75000 Paris the addresses are thus different.
Once the object in hand you can make a dispute !
What is the reason?
Simply that the paypal payment indicates that the seller must send to the paypal address indicate :)

This work in France but I think it also works worldwide.
