Posting this on behalf of a friend, I've talked with him in dms and tested his program and it's completely safe.
This tool is being shared for educational use, please do not go out of your way to dox people's information. Only use your own information, so you can keep track of database breaches on your accounts. Me and MatiasMunk are not affiliated officially with LeakCheck, this program was not officially approved by the owner of LeakCheck himself, so use it at your own discretion. This was NOT made by LeakCheck staff, but rather a user.

"I programmed this tool in C++ using libcURL and OpenSSL to make requests on Leakcheck's API.
It's fairly simple to use. Takes usernames and emails read from data.txt, runs them through the program that does API lookups on Leakcheck (You need your own API Key on Leakcheck for this) and posts the results in output.txt."
