OS's I have tested this bug on: Kali, Parrot, WIndows 10, Windows 7, Windows XP SP3.
Browsers I have tested this bug on: Firefox, Firefox ESR, Chrome, MS Edge, Internet Explorer, Brave, TOR Browser.
Bug description: Forum landing page completely unusable, shoutbox is blank grey, none of the links work including UserCP and all the top bar links. Crypto stats don't work too.

I've tested this on Firefox, Brave and Chrome. The SB & Crypto stats seem to work fine on those 3 browsers, however, on TOR it doesn't work. My guess is that TOR blocks/disables JS.
