There should be a feature to enable/disable these for specific members you're following:

Notify New Threads Created.
Notify New Posts Created.
Notify New Reputation Given.
ADD: Notify changed to contact information on profile.

You should be able to check or uncheck these 4 separately for specific members.
I do NOT have a Discord or Telegram. @ProMasterCFGs is not my Telegram! PMs only.
