Additional Information: I reinstalled my server, I was supposed to get emailed again with a new password automatically but it did not, I contacted the support but the support was bad, I just needed assurance that they will fix it, and now I'm waiting for 12 hours and uncertain if they can even fix it or not. I contacted his discord and messaged him in the site, no replies. They are acting with complete disregard on how much time their client's wasted.

You took too long to respond, and you just left me on read. the service promised good after sales support, I'm quoting the thread which says "24/7, 365". You can refund me at the given address, if not its okay, you can close the service without a refund. Make sure not to do it to your other clients. They might not be as reasonable as me.
